What the Workshop includes
And the award for the all-time favourite jumpsuit goes to… the Zadie Jumpsuit by The Fold Line! Whether you prefer long sleeves, short sleeves, cropped or floor-length, tapered legs or wide-legged—it's entirely up to you! You can choose from linen, denim, cotton, chambray, or even velvet. Whether you opt for colour-blocking, patterns, or plain fabrics, the design possibilities are endless, and no two jumpsuits will ever look the same. This versatile, elegant, and unbelievably comfortable jumpsuit has rightfully earned the nickname "secret pyjamas" by many!
It’s the ideal piece for Spring—layer it with a long sleeve for cooler days, then wear it on its own as you transition into summer. The Zadie Jumpsuit suits such a wide range of body shapes, making it a favourite in the sewing community. You’ll want to make it in every fabric and style!
These Wednesday morning sessions are perfect for beginners with some sewing machine experience, even if you’re a bit out of practice. I’ll guide you through every step, and one of the best features of this pattern is its tie waistband—no fiddly zips or buttonholes to worry about! Plus, you’ll also learn how to beautifully finish your jumpsuit with your own handmade bias binding, adding that extra professional touch.

Here’s what’s included in the workshop:
A pre-course call to discuss any specific needs and help you source the perfect fabric.
A 1-2-1 session in the studio, where I’ll assist with sizing and grading (if needed). You can also make use of the cutting table, so no more cutting fabric on the floor!
Plenty of quality tea, coffee, and biscuits—and I’ve been known to bake a cake from time to time too!

A warm and welcoming textiles studio with all the tools you’ll need, including accessible sewing machines and an overlocker.
